We are committed to delivering your skincare products as swiftly as possible with the help of PostNL.


For all orders—whether within The Netherlands, Europe, or beyond—if you place your order before 12 pm, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12 pm will be shipped the following day.


Domestic Shipping (Within The Netherlands)


●    Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.


International Shipping


●    Within Europe: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
●    Outside Europe: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary due to factors such as customs processing or local postal services.


Free Shipping


We offer free delivery on all orders over €150, regardless of your location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SVET, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help make the return process as easy as possible.


Return Policy


Eligibility: We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
●    Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products, sale items, or gift cards. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been used or tampered with is non-returnable.
●    Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.

 

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple:
1.   Contact Us: Start by contacting our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please have your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return ready.
2.   Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label. If your return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
3.   Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the packing slip or order confirmation for reference.
4.   Ship Your Return: Drop off your return package at the nearest PostNL location or schedule a pick-up. Be sure to retain the tracking number for your records.

 

Refund Process


●    Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
●    Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
●    Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired product. We handle exchanges as separate transactions to ensure the fastest possible service.
